* Upgrade price does NOT include the cost of extra dongles.

* Upgrade prices are PER LICENSE and do not include extra dongles, shipping, handling, or taxes.

* Upgrades are per V-Ray 1.5 for 3ds Max licenses and not V-Ray RT for 3ds Max licenses.
